## How to reach us

Email [rohit@scaleengineer.com](mailto:rohit@scaleengineer.com). That is the inbox for the whole site — the newsletter, the problem set, interview guides, tools, and the job board. There is no ticket form and no chat widget. A plain email is enough.

Tell us who you are, what you were trying to do, and the URL if the issue is on a specific page. Screenshots help for layout or playback bugs. We do not need an account to look into a public page.

## What to write about

This inbox is for:

- **Support.** Broken pages, missing solutions, newsletter delivery, or a tool that does not do what it claims.
- **Partnerships.** Guest writing, company pages, hiring partnerships, or other collaborations that serve the same readers.
- **Corrections.** Factual errors in a guide, glossary entry, problem explanation, or company write-up. Send the page URL and the fix.

We do not take unsolicited product pitches, SEO guest-post swaps, or link-building requests.

## What to expect

We typically reply within two business days. Weekend mail is read on Monday. If you have not heard back after three business days, write again with the same subject line.
