## Responsibilities

- Platform Service Development: Design, develop, and maintain reusable internal services and APIs that support multiple product flows across Alan's healthcare platform
- System Architecture: Create elegant solutions for complex multi-country service challenges, focusing on scalability, reliability, and adoption
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product crews, Architecture Group, and Tech Foundation Area to align technical strategies and improve internal platform capabilities
- Performance Optimization: Implement high-impact processes and improve operational tooling to enhance system observability and scalability
- User Experience Enhancement: Develop foundational user experience components, ensuring quality and consistency across Alan's digital platforms

## 🎯 Mission

**We enable product crews to move faster by providing reliable, reusable, and simple internal services**. We encapsulate complexity, expose clear interfaces, and build mature, long-term building blocks.

## 🔭 Scope

Our focus is on building reusable internal capabilities that power multiple product flows:

* **Core Services:** APIs & systems like **Payment**, **Messaging**, **Document Processing**, **Pricing Engine**
* **Shared Platforms**: Centralized services (e.g. **AI Platform**) with strong adoption across areas.
* **Operational Tooling**: Dashboards and automation that support reliability, observability, and scalability.
* **Foundational User Experience** \- Ensure quality and consistency of the UX through shared layout systems, navigation, reusable UI components

Our role is to empower product teams, reducing their cognitive load.
