## Responsibilities

- Drive Customer Platform Adoption and Utilization: Manage a critical portfolio of new and early-stage customers, serving as the single point of contact for all technical needs. Drive adoption metrics and consumption growth through strategic guidance on data strategy, technology stack integration, and rapid use case activation. - Deliver Technical Architecture and Best Practices Guidance: Provide Snowflake-specific foundational guidance including architectural best practices, warehouse utilization optimization, workload isolation, resource monitoring and alerting setup, budgeting strategies, and RBAC/security configuration. Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding agents to accelerate solution delivery and implementation efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Development: Collaborate with Account Teams, Professional Services, Support teams, and external partners to ensure seamless resource orchestration. Create and deliver scalable, reusable programs such as Hands-on Labs (HoLs) and webinars to educate customers on platform features and industry best practices.
- Technical Support, Triage, and Feedback: Efficiently triage incoming customer inquiries and assist the field team with technical demonstrations and troubleshooting.
