What you'll do

Website Architecture: Lead the technical architecture and implementation of front-end solutions for Xero.com

Performance Optimization: Ensure website performance, accessibility, and reliability through continuous improvement of Core Web Vitals

Component Library Management: Evolve and maintain the shared React component library to support consistent and efficient development

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, Marketing, and other engineering teams to deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences

AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-driven design and development tooling into existing workflows

React ExpertiseDeep expertise in building accessible, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript
