The role

Summary

Join Alan's Paris Recruitment Day on June 2nd, 2026, for an exclusive end-of-studies Software Engineering Internship. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience building vertically integrated healthcare technology that serves over a million members across Europe. You'll work with a product-minded engineering team that values distributed ownership, rapid deployment, and real user impact, requiring prior production deployment experience and willingness to work with Python and JavaScript in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you'll do

Build Full-Stack Features: Develop and deploy both frontend and backend features that directly impact Alan's member-centric healthcare platform, working across JavaScript for user interfaces and Python for backend services in a production environment.
Own End-to-End Product Development: Take ownership of features from conception through production deployment, contributing to daily releases and experiencing the full development lifecycle in a distributed ownership model where you build it and own it.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside product, design, and engineering colleagues to solve complex healthcare integration challenges while maintaining high standards for code quality and user experience.
Contribute to Infrastructure and Interfaces: Participate in building robust infrastructure, APIs, and user interfaces that support Alan's healthcare platform serving tens of thousands of companies and over a million members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
Iterate on Real User Feedback: Implement improvements based on feedback from real users including members, health professionals, and internal stakeholders, developing product instinct and understanding the healthcare domain.
Participate in Knowledge Sharing: Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions with experienced engineers to accelerate learning and contribute to the team's collective growth.
