The ideal candidate will design robust payment solutions, optimize money movement flows, and contribute to a high-impact fintech platform solving critical infrastructure challenges in transportation finance.

What you'll do

Transaction Reconciliation: Lead efforts to reconcile transactions across multiple financial providers, ensuring accuracy and system consistency
Financial Infrastructure: Develop and scale general ledger infrastructure supporting accuracy, resilience, and growth
Payment Flow Design: Design and implement new money movement flows across various payment rails, optimizing for cost, speed, and reliability
Platform Engineering: Own critical backend and platform projects end-to-end, from architectural design to production operations
Scalability Architecture: Push architectural solutions that can scale to billions in annual payment volume with real-time risk controls
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and go-to-market teams to transform complex problems into elegant, efficient code solutions

What we look for

Technical

SaaS Development5+ years professional experience building B2B or B2C SaaS products
Code QualityStrong emphasis on automated testing, clean code abstractions, and comprehensive documentation
Technology AdaptabilityAbility to quickly learn and implement new technological tools and frameworks

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

FinTech BackgroundPreferred experience in payments, back-office fintech, or financial technology sectors
B2B Technical ExperienceDemonstrable experience in building scalable software solutions for business environments
