Lead hands-on demos of Cursor's AI capabilities, demonstrating how the platform accelerates development workflows and integrates with existing engineering toolchains.
Customer Relationship Management and Advisory: Build and maintain strategic relationships with engineering leaders, architects, developers, and CTOs. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating between customer business objectives and technical implementation strategies while establishing credibility as a subject matter expert in AI-assisted coding.
Solution Design and Implementation Guidance: Translate customer requirements into comprehensive solution architectures, guiding organizations on best practices for platform rollout, prompt engineering strategy, code context configuration, and enterprise adoption frameworks.
Technical Presentations and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver customized technical presentations, interactive whiteboard sessions, architectural deep-dives, and hands-on workshops. Create tailored content that resonates with both technical and executive audiences across different organizational structures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities, escalate critical feature requests, and ensure customer feedback drives product decisions. Participate in strategic account planning to identify expansion opportunities.
Customer Onboarding and Success Handoff: Ensure smooth transitions to post-sales customer success teams by documenting technical decisions, creating implementation runbooks, and maintaining continuity throughout the customer lifecycle. Support ongoing technical validation and expansion initiatives.
Competitive Analysis and Product Positioning: Maintain deep knowledge of Cursor's capabilities, competitive landscape analysis, and industry trends in AI-assisted development. Develop persuasive positioning strategies that clearly communicate unique value propositions and differentiation versus competing solutions.
