What you'll do

Ship High-Quality Code: Improve code structure and contribute to service architecture using Go, Ruby, Python, or Scala

Feature Ownership: Take ownership of specific features from design to implementation and influence team roadmap

Operational Excellence: Maintain production system health, ensure operational readiness and system visibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with other engineering teams to solve complex marketplace problems

Mentorship and Growth: Support peer growth through code reviews and knowledge sharing while receiving senior mentorship

Production System Development: Work on systems that impact millions of users across the global marketplace platform

Technical Implementation: Assist with technical design and implementation of scalable backend services
