Summary

Fullstory is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to work embedded within the Finance team, leveraging AI technologies to enhance data analysis, automate workflows, and drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical bridge between finance and engineering teams, implementing innovative AI solutions that transform financial operations.

What you'll do

AI Solution Design: Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to complex business problems within the Finance team
Technical Infrastructure Development: Design, build, and maintain technical infrastructure for AI implementations, including custom tools, server-side logic, system integrations, and data pipelines
Data Management: Develop and manage comprehensive data acquisition processes, including sourcing, cleaning, and preparing data for AI models and analytics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between Finance and other engineering groups, translating business needs into robust technical solutions
AI Tool Enablement: Guide and empower finance professionals in effectively utilizing AI tools and technologies for advanced data analysis and decision-making

Technical

System IntegrationProven experience designing and building solutions integrating various systems like REST APIs and databases
Programming SkillsStrong programming capabilities for data acquisition, cleaning, and preparation
Data WarehousingExperience with data warehousing platforms such as BigQuery and Snowflake, with a solid understanding of data modeling

Education

Advanced DegreeBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Business Stakeholder CollaborationDemonstrable experience working closely with business stakeholders, preferably in finance or business operations context
AI Solution ImplementationProven track record of identifying and implementing AI solutions that optimize and automate key workflows
