Summary

A senior-level software engineering role at Fullstory's Guides & Surveys team in Bogotá, Colombia, focusing on building user-centric digital experience tools. The ideal candidate will lead complex technical projects, mentor engineers, and drive innovation in digital experience analytics platforms.

What you'll do

Technical Leadership: Take ownership of large, ambiguous problems and design clear, robust implementations across team boundaries
Feature Development: Lead design for new features, produce technical designs, and drive consensus on architectural changes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and customers to translate user needs into innovative technical solutions
Mentorship: Mentor other engineers through code reviews, coaching, and helping set coding standards and testing practices
Project Management: Drive roadmap-level, cross-team projects to completion, anticipating and mitigating potential roadblocks
Production Support: Debug complex production issues across services and multiple levels of the technical stack
