The role

Summary

Senior Support Engineer at LiteLLM, a leading AI Gateway platform trusted by companies like Adobe, Netflix, and NASA. This technical support role focuses on diagnosing and resolving customer issues at their root cause while serving as the technical voice for customers back to the engineering team. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for customer success and operates in a fast-paced environment managing high-volume support queues.

What you'll do

Support Queue Management: Own and manage the complete support queue, working through customer tickets systematically to drive product adoption and customer success. Process high volumes of tickets with attention to detail while maintaining quality standards and response times.
Root Cause Diagnosis and Resolution: Dig deeply into customer issues to identify underlying problems rather than applying surface-level fixes. Use systematic troubleshooting methodologies to understand the technical context of each issue before implementing solutions.
Environment-Specific Issue Reproduction: Reproduce and validate customer-reported issues within their specific environments and configurations. Set up test scenarios that match production conditions to ensure comprehensive understanding of problems before escalation.
Code-Level Contributions: Submit pull requests for bug fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements identified through customer support interactions. Contribute directly to the LiteLLM codebase by translating customer feedback into concrete engineering solutions.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the technical voice of customers within the engineering organization. Communicate customer pain points, feature requests, and technical insights to the product and engineering teams to inform prioritization and development roadmaps.
