OpenAI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer for its Agent Enablement team, focusing on developing innovative protocols and user experiences for an open AI agent ecosystem. What you'll do

Ecosystem Protocol Design: Design fundamental primitives and protocols for an open agent ecosystem, enabling intelligent agent interactions across internet platforms
User Experience Development: Build next-generation cross-platform user interfaces for observing and controlling AI agents across web, desktop, and mobile environments
Token Management: Develop and evolve token consumption strategies for subscription and API customer models
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Execute fast-paced projects in collaboration with research, design, data science, and product engineering teams
Partnership Management: Work closely with strategic customers and partners to expand and grow the AI agent ecosystem

Education
