Summary

Perplexity AI is seeking a Developer Relations Manager to drive the growth and adoption of their API platform, serving as the critical bridge between the company's cutting-edge AI technologies and the developer community. The ideal candidate will be a technical communicator who can evangelize Perplexity's APIs, build robust developer engagement, and translate community insights into product improvements.

What you'll do

API Platform Representation: Represent Perplexity's API platform at conferences, hackathons, and developer meetups with technical credibility

Community Management: Manage and grow developer communities across Discord, forums, and social platforms, ensuring high-quality engagement and support

Developer Education: Create comprehensive tutorials, technical blog posts, changelogs, and Cookbook examples that provide actionable guidance

Product Feedback: Synthesize developer insights and integration challenges into structured feedback for product and engineering teams

Event and Content Coordination: Organize hackathons, webinars, and coordinate launch content across multiple platforms to build developer momentum
