Summary

Real is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive AI innovation in real estate technology, focusing on developing advanced generative AI and LLM-powered solutions that transform operations, customer experience, and product development across the company's global platform.

What you'll do

AI System Development: Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered and generative AI systems to enhance real estate operations, customer experience, and product innovation
Agentic Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize advanced AI pipelines including orchestration, tool integration, and intelligent feedback loops
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and product development teams to identify and prioritize AI integration opportunities
System Architecture: Architect and maintain scalable, production-grade AI systems using modern cloud platforms and AI frameworks
Performance Optimization: Implement prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and system refinement to ensure high performance and reliability
Documentation and Communication: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and results; effectively communicate technical findings to stakeholders
