Summary

Sentry is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovative AI solutions in software monitoring. The ideal candidate will develop cutting-edge agentic AI systems to help companies diagnose and resolve software issues more efficiently, leveraging Sentry's unique error and performance datasets.

What you'll do

AI System Development: Build state-of-the-art agentic AI systems for triaging, debugging, and solving real production software issues

Data Leveraging: Utilize Sentry's extensive dataset of errors, spans, and profiles to develop advanced machine learning solutions

Initiative Ownership: Lead and develop major initiatives in the AI/ML space, driving innovation in software monitoring technologies

Machine Learning FrameworksExpert-level proficiency with PyTorch and deep learning frameworks

Model DeploymentExperience in deploying machine learning models at scale in production environments

Education

Advanced DegreeMS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
