Summary

This Account Engineer role at Snowflake combines technical expertise with customer success, focusing on accelerating new customer adoption of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud platform. What you'll do

Strategic Account Management: Take ownership of technical success and consumption trajectory within assigned customer portfolio, acting as single point of contact for all customer needs

Outcome-Based Customer Engagement: Apply outcome-based selling mindset to help customers solve complex data challenges and unlock maximum business value through Snowflake AI Data Cloud

Technical Advisory Services: Serve as trusted strategic advisor providing guidance on data strategy, technology stack integration, and swift activation of use cases

AI-Powered Solution Delivery: Leverage cutting-edge AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate solutions and implementation guidance for faster production deployment

Architectural Leadership: Provide Snowflake-specific foundational guidance including architectural best practices, workload isolation, warehouse utilization, resource monitoring, and RBAC security setup

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with account teams to highlight risks and establish trusted relationships with internal Snowflake teams and external partners for seamless resource orchestration

Scalable Program Development: Create and deliver reusable, high-impact programs such as hands-on labs and webinars to educate customers on platform features and industry best practices

Product Feedback and Innovation: Act as key feedback loop from field to influence future product development, working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams

Technical Support and Triage: Efficiently triage customer inquiries, assist field teams with demos, troubleshooting, and identify opportunities for business value expansion
