Summary

Snowflake is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join their Cortex AI team in Warsaw, focusing on building high-impact, enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role involves architecting, deploying, and optimizing advanced AI systems for strategic customers, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success.

What you'll do

Customer Impact Delivery: Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, including sophisticated AI agents, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from prototype to production

Rapid Solution Development: Design, iterate, and ship high-quality code and ML pipelines, translating ambiguous business objectives into robust, scalable solutions using Python and SQL

AI Productionization: Manage full lifecycle of AI solution implementation, including developing prototypes, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing in secure, large-scale production environments

Technical Advisory: Partner directly with customer data science and engineering teams as a technical expert and trusted advisor on leveraging AI for business challenges

Operational Excellence: Architect and implement data validation, maintain SLA observability, and manage complex system interdependencies to ensure reliable AI performance

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Snowflake's Product and Engineering teams to provide real-world customer feedback and influence the future of the AI platform
