Summary

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a growing team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered migrations products
Product Delivery: Deliver migration products in a fast-paced ecosystem working with professional services, partners, and customers
AI Strategy Implementation: Guide the team through evolving AI ecosystem to build AI-first migration products and tools
Career Development: Support engineers in career development by providing clear feedback and developing future engineering leaders
Requirements Translation: Translate product requirements into actionable engineering work and deliverables for the team
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local and global teams/leaders in Engineering and Product Management organizations
Technical Leadership: Use technical expertise to reliably deliver complex migration projects while maintaining high quality standards
Culture Building: Foster a culture of creativity and innovation while promoting practical decision-making and execution
