Summary

Snowflake is seeking a Technical Lead/Manager for its Apps & Experiences Platform team, responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and building innovative backend services and AI tooling for user-facing applications. The ideal candidate will lead high-performance engineering teams in developing scalable, reliable platform infrastructure that supports Snowflake's AI-native enterprise solutions.

What you'll do

Technical Strategy: Own technical strategy and execution for the Apps & Experiences Platform team

System Design: Lead complex system design, ensuring reliability and scalability

Team Development: Mentor and coach engineers, drive team growth and hiring

Process Improvement: Enhance engineering processes, tooling, and standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and other teams to drive platform direction
