What you'll do

Learning Management System Development: Create and iterate on advanced LMS with focus on user experience, adaptive learning, and engagement mechanisms
Career Services Innovation: Develop AI-powered tools for job seeking, resume generation, and interview preparation
Internal Workforce Platform: Design platforms to optimize instructor, TA, and coach workflows using generative AI
Content Management Technology: Build scalable content generation and iteration systems for educational curricula
Data Pipeline Management: Ensure data reliability, accessibility, and support data-driven decision-making across Stepful
