Summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop AI-powered features for their Autopilot platform, an AI assistant that helps users create and edit automations through natural language. The role involves full-stack development in TypeScript, Python, or C# while working on cutting-edge AI engineering solutions.

What you'll do

Full-Stack Development: Develop new user-facing features for Autopilot using TypeScript, Python, or C#

Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of code

Issue Resolution: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address issues

Software Development Lifecycle: Plan, design, develop, and test software systems and applications

Code Quality Maintenance: Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with small, nimble, cross-functional product and marketing teams

Architecture Design: Architect reusable codebase that can evolve with the product

AI Feature Development: Build features enabling platform use by coding agents and Autopilot AI assistant

What we look for

Technical

Programming Languages6+ years of production-level experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and/or C#

Object-Oriented ProgrammingStrong grasp of OOP principles and architectural design patterns

Concurrency ProgrammingKnowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming

Data Structures & AlgorithmsUnderstanding of basic data structures and algorithms with time/memory complexity

Test FrameworksExperience with testing frameworks and methodologies
