1Password is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Authentication Experience team, focusing on creating seamless and secure sign-in processes across their password management applications. The ideal candidate will manage a development team, drive technical innovation, and contribute to scaling authentication solutions for a rapidly growing cybersecurity company.

Team Leadership: Manage and develop engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration

Project Management: Scope and plan key project deliverables, emphasizing iteration and quality

Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership across engineering organization

Strategic Planning: Create roadmaps and drive execution of authentication experience initiatives

Team Development: Grow and scale engineering team through refined hiring and onboarding processes
