Summary

Airwallex is seeking a strategic Product Director for its Global Payments Network Infrastructure team, responsible for leading the development of critical money movement infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and innovate payment solutions that enable global businesses to move funds efficiently and at scale.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Strategy: Own the full lifecycle of global money movement infrastructure, from strategic roadmap planning to partner assessment and solution delivery

Product Innovation: Drive the construction of new payment rails in emerging markets, manage card and e-wallet payouts, and align with company's global banking vision

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing Product Managers, fostering individual career growth and driving impactful outcomes in payments and infrastructure projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate deeply with financial partnership, engineering, commercial, and operations teams to solve complex challenges and support ongoing product innovation

AI and Optimization: Leverage AI/ML insights to optimize payment routing, reduce transaction costs, detect fraud, and improve operational efficiency

Strategic Communication: Communicate product strategy and prioritization with conviction, informed by user research, market insights, and competitive analysis
