Summary

Articul8 is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in machine learning with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation, shape technical roadmaps, and deliver impactful scalable AI solutions in a dynamic startup environment.

What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI/ML engineering team, fostering innovation and continuous learning
Technical Roadmap: Own and define the technical roadmap for AI/ML capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term product strategy
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Business Development to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives
MLOps Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices for the full machine learning lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, and monitoring
Ethical AI Advocacy: Promote responsible and ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards

Technical

ProgrammingStrong coding skills in Python, familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
ML FrameworksProficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning frameworks
Cloud TechnologiesExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms

Education

Advanced DegreeBachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science; PhD preferred
Continuous LearningCommitment to staying current with advances in AI/ML technologies

Experience

Leadership Experience5+ years in software engineering or AI/ML, with at least 3 years in leadership/management roles
Production ML SystemsProven track record of building, deploying, and scaling machine learning systems in production environments
