Articul8 AI is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer specializing in Python to drive the development of scalable, high-performance backend systems for cutting-edge Generative AI products. The ideal candidate will design robust infrastructure, integrate complex systems, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to innovate enterprise-grade AI solutions.

What you'll do

Backend System Design: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems with a focus on high availability, low latency, and cost-effectiveness.
Infrastructure Architecture: Serve as the subject matter expert in infrastructure, designing new products and introducing innovative technologies to the existing product line.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to integrate infrastructure components with product features, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
Event-Driven Architecture: Design and develop event-driven architectures, APIs, and microservices to support real-time processing and analytics.
System Reliability: Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through comprehensive monitoring, logging, and error handling mechanisms.
Technology Advancement: Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying cutting-edge knowledge to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Engineering Culture: Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
