Articul8 AI is seeking a highly skilled Staff/Senior Software Engineer to lead backend API development for cutting-edge GenAI services. The ideal candidate will be a innovative backend expert who can design scalable, secure systems and leverage AI tools to drive exceptional engineering outcomes in a dynamic, AI-driven startup environment.

What you'll do

API Architecture: Design and build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Python, Go, or Rust
System Scalability: Architect scalable systems for real-time AI/ML-powered applications
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with ML engineers and frontend developers to ship intelligent features
Infrastructure Management: Ensure performance, security, and reliability across hybrid cloud environments
Technical Leadership: Lead technical architecture and long-term backend strategy
Engineering Culture: Drive best practices for code quality, observability, and API design
Mentorship: Mentor engineers and help grow a high-performance, AI-augmented engineering culture
