BetterUp is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer to drive transformative AI integration across company workflows. The ideal candidate will build innovative AI agent systems, create robust infrastructure, and multiply team capabilities by developing reusable tools and skills that enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

AI Infrastructure Development: Build robust infrastructure for reliable, powerful AI agents with stateful sub-agents and comprehensive instrumentation

Cross-System Integration: Integrate AI solutions across enterprise platforms including Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace

Workflow Optimization: Map complex workflows, define success metrics, and determine optimal automation strategies

Knowledge Sharing: Review and improve AI integration patterns, raise engineering standards, and enable non-technical team members
