AI System Design: Design and deliver cutting-edge Generative AI systems for coaching experiences

Technical Mentorship: Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and thought partnership

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, research, design, and engineering teams to develop innovative AI coaching products

Strategic Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and develop responsible implementation strategies

Technical

LLM Expertise7+ years as ML engineer with 3+ years of hands-on LLM product development

Model EvaluationProven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating LLM outputs

AI TechnologyDeep understanding of current generative AI research and production practices

Education

Advanced DegreeMS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related technical field preferred

Continuous LearningDemonstrated commitment to ongoing technological education

Experience

LeadershipExperience mentoring engineers and providing technical guidance

Product DevelopmentTrack record of translating technical capabilities into meaningful product experiences
