Summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Enterprise System Engineer to lead innovative workplace technology solutions, focusing on enhancing employee productivity through automation, system design, and advanced technical support across various SaaS platforms and cloud environments.

What you'll do

Technology Solution Design: Design and implement modern workplace technology solutions that enhance employee productivity and collaboration across various SaaS platforms.
Automation and Process Optimization: Continuously identify and eliminate manual work through tool building, process automation, and innovative technological approaches.
Project Leadership: Lead large-scale projects related to employee productivity, break down complex work, guide technical implementation, and influence team roadmaps.
Systems Maintenance: Maintain robust and reliable technology services, develop business continuity plans, and ensure seamless operational performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to identify and execute collaborative opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and refine operational metrics, enhance system monitoring for service health and performance tracking.

SaaS ApplicationsComprehensive support for cloud-based applications like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian products
IT Systems KnowledgeIn-depth understanding of email, document storage, networking, identity management, and device management systems

Education

Computer Science/EngineeringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Enterprise SystemsMinimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise systems engineering, workplace technology, and SaaS platform management

Programming LanguagesProficiency in web-based application development languages: Go, Python, Node.js/JavaScript, TypeScript
