Summary

Edra is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build advanced learning systems for enterprise AI, focusing on developing sophisticated LLM-powered agents that can autonomously understand and execute complex business processes. The role involves creating cutting-edge AI technologies that enable intelligent knowledge management and adaptive system learning in production environments.

What you'll do

Core Learning Library Development: Contribute to and expand the platform's context learning capabilities, implementing new features with customer-specific requirements
LLM Systems Engineering: Design and implement production-ready LLM-powered systems and complex agentic workflows from conceptualization to deployment
Customer Solution Prototyping: Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to identify challenges, prototype innovative solutions, and rapidly move them into production
Knowledge Management Automation: Develop autonomous agents capable of editing, updating, and maintaining extensive knowledge bases with minimal human intervention
Reliability Engineering: Build robust confidence scoring and evaluation frameworks to determine optimal automation strategies and human escalation protocols
System Orchestration: Architect asynchronous, scalable systems capable of managing complex AI interactions and workflows

Experience
