Summary

Notion is seeking a talented Software Engineer for its Infrastructure team in Hyderabad, focusing on developing and maintaining critical async task runner and configuration management platforms that support the company's millions of users. The ideal candidate will be an early-career software developer with strong systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.

What you'll do

Async Task Runner Maintenance: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Notion's async task runner to support over 100 million global users and the company's rapid growth.
System Reliability: Ensure systems remain reliable, efficient, and scalable by evaluating and integrating new technologies and addressing emerging challenges.
Production System Management: Debug live production systems with minimal disruption, manage failovers, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product engineers and infrastructure teams to align platforms with evolving business needs and product goals.

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
