What you'll do

AI Workflow Transformation: Convert complex manual permitting processes into seamless, AI-enabled software experiences
Full-Stack Development: Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines supporting AI-driven workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to deliver intelligent, user-facing features
User-Centric Design: Work directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship impactful features
End-to-End Feature Ownership: Manage features comprehensively from architecture and implementation through testing and production deployment
Engineering Culture: Contribute to establishing engineering best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence

What we look for

Technical

Fullstack ProficiencyStrong experience in full-stack development, preferably in startup or fast-moving environments
Technology StackExpertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, with quick learning capability
System DesignProven track record of shipping production systems with thoughtful performance and scalability trade-offs

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred
Equivalent ExperienceEquivalent professional experience may substitute formal education requirements

Experience

Startup DevelopmentDemonstrated experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
Production SystemsProven history of developing and deploying scalable production software systems
