Summary

Quora is seeking a New Grad AI Engineer for its Poe platform, focusing on developing advanced AI systems and applications. The role involves working on cutting-edge AI technologies, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflow optimization for a globally accessible AI interaction platform.

What you'll do

AI System Development: Work on various AI engineering tasks including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflow optimization to improve existing applied AI systems
Product Innovation: Identify and implement new opportunities to apply emerging AI capabilities across the Poe product
End-to-End AI System Management: Take comprehensive ownership of applied AI systems, from initial prototyping through data pipelines, model optimization, evaluation, and reliable large-scale deployment

Technical

Programming LanguagesStrong engineering background in Python or TypeScript
Machine Learning KnowledgeUnderstanding of mathematical foundations of Machine Learning algorithms
AI Model ExperienceExperience with LLM applications or transformer models

Education
