The role involves building innovative software development tools powered by AI agents, targeting next-generation creators and high-leverage enterprises.

What you'll do

Initiative Ownership: Lead 0→1 product initiatives with full technical, product, and launch accountability

AI Agent Development: Help Replit Agent build alternatives to popular SaaS vendors and expand third-party service integrations

Technical Innovation: Develop platform systems that enable new software creation paradigms

Product Strategy: Balance UX, development speed, code correctness, and long-term system maintainability
