Summary

Satispay is seeking an Inside Business Developer for their Payments team in Milan, Italy. The role focuses on expanding the merchant network, developing customer value, and driving innovative payment solutions through strategic sales and relationship management in the dynamic fintech ecosystem.

What you'll do

Merchant Network Expansion: Acquire new businesses to join the Satispay Network, with primary focus on converting inbound leads
Customer Base Development: Engage existing merchants to promote adoption of new features and Premium solutions through strategic upselling
Sales Negotiation: Utilize communication and negotiation skills to efficiently engage and convert both inbound and outbound customers
CRM Management: Independently manage acquisition and development pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring compliance with company standards
Solution Promotion: Explain the advantages, simplicity, and innovation of Satispay's payment services to potential and existing merchants and partners

What we look for

Technical

CRM ToolsProficiency in using HubSpot or similar Customer Relationship Management platforms
Digital Payment TechnologiesUnderstanding of fintech payment solutions and digital transaction platforms

Education

Business or Technology DegreeBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related field preferred

Experience

Sales ExperienceProven track record in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development in fintech or digital services
