The role

Summary

The Product Growth Specialist (PGS) at Snowflake is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for driving Data Engineering go-to-market initiatives across designated sales theaters. This position bridges product strategy and field execution, requiring 10+ years of tech go-to-market experience with expertise in sales operations, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will leverage SQL proficiency, dashboard design capabilities, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to accelerate deal cycles, improve product adoption, and drive revenue uplift through targeted GTM program execution.

What you'll do

GTM Activation and Field Acceleration: Drive theater-wide activation and scaling of Data Engineering product category go-to-market programs in coordination with Sales and Solution Engineering leadership. Propel adoption of sales programs across regional teams, ensure rapid deployment and adoption of GTM initiatives, and evangelize successful selling techniques across the entire theater team to accelerate execution velocity.
Product-Field Strategy Interlock: Serve as the critical 'Voice of the Field' by gathering theater needs from product and sales reviews, establishing continuous feedback loops on product gaps and roadmap priorities. Attend cross-functional strategy meetings, update SE enablement curriculum, and inform product roadmap adjustments based on successful sales play performance and customer feedback.
Market Opportunity and Whitespace Analysis: Continuously analyze customer, market, and pipeline trends to identify top whitespace and expansion opportunities within the sales theater. Propose new programmatic initiatives and targeted selling strategies based on data-driven insights, revenue analysis, and pipeline intelligence to guide sales leadership toward high-potential opportunities.
Critical Deal Support and Cross-Functional Orchestration: Provide white-glove support for high-value deals by coordinating internal teams, resources, and expertise across functions. Reduce internal seller drag through faster coordination loops and smarter resource deployment, enabling Account Executives and Solution Engineers to close deals more efficiently.
Sales Enablement and KPI Management: Develop and manage key performance metrics across the funnel from lead generation to consumption. Create design specifications for analytical dashboards utilized by sales, product marketing, and engineering stakeholders to track GTM program effectiveness and measure impact on quota attainment and product adoption rates.
