What you'll do

Team Leadership: Lead and grow a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and supporting foundational client connections to Snowflake's platform

Strategic Planning: Own strategy and execution for the Drivers, SDKs, APIs, and Clients pillar, focusing on unified driver stack development

Talent Acquisition: Recruit top engineering talent through interviewing and hiring processes in competitive markets

People Development: Provide career growth opportunities, continuous mentorship, coaching, and guidance to direct reports

Technical Direction: Lead technical, design, and product discussions related to team components and architecture decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Product leaders on quarterly planning, staffing, and project schedules across time zones

Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources across areas and projects to achieve execution goals and respond to customer feedback
