Summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their innovative Data Clean Rooms team, focusing on building cutting-edge, secure multi-party data collaboration infrastructure. The ideal candidate will architect scalable systems that enable privacy-preserving data analysis and AI-enabled capabilities, working at the intersection of advanced distributed systems, data privacy, and AI technologies.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Architecture: Architect and build highly scalable infrastructure enabling secure, multi-party data collaboration

Feature Development: Design and implement core clean room features, intelligent agents, and robust developer APIs to expand platform capabilities and support custom AI/ML workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to drive complex projects from ideation through production deployment

Team Development: Mentor peers and foster a supportive culture of innovation, cross-team collaboration, and technical excellence

Technical

Programming LanguagesExpert-level development skills in Python, Java, or similar languages

System ArchitectureDeep understanding of database systems, cloud data platforms, and distributed storage architectures

Data PrivacyExperience with privacy-preserving analytics and deploying AI/ML solutions

Education

Academic BackgroundBS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Experience

Industry Experience7+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale distributed systems in production
