What you'll do

AI Platform Development: Develop and improve platforms for AI solutions, focusing on scalability and resilience of LLMs and NLP tools

Deployment Automation: Implement full deployment automation for inference stacks while maintaining quality gates for global scale

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with research, engineering, and business teams to shape product development strategy

Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to less experienced engineers, researchers, and product managers

Problem Solving: Creatively address complex and often ambiguous technical challenges in AI infrastructure

What we look for

Technical

Programming LanguagesProficiency in backend languages (Go, Python, Java)

API DevelopmentProfessional-level experience in building SDKs and web service APIs (REST/gRPC)

DevOps SkillsExpertise in software engineering best practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins

MLOpsExperience in deploying and managing machine learning models

Education

Minimum QualificationBSc in technical field (AI/ML, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics)
