Summary

Snowflake is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for their Apps & Experiences (AppEx) team, focusing on building AI-first, scalable developer infrastructure and tools that power Snowflake's user experience platform. The ideal candidate will drive developer productivity, improve platform reliability, and contribute to cutting-edge AI-enabled development workflows.

What you'll do

AI Platform Development: Design and build AI-first platforms, tools, and best practices to enhance developer experience for Snowsight

Developer Workflow Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve agentic development workflows and build infrastructure to support 10x increases in developer productivity

Platform Reliability: Improve system reliability by investing in observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineering teams, and business groups to drive end-to-end solutions

Engineering Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing engineering processes, tooling, and standards
