Summary

Sunday is seeking an Infrastructure & Release Engineer to architect robust CI/CD pipelines and release systems for their home robotics platform. The ideal candidate will design secure, scalable infrastructure that enables rapid software deployment across a global robot fleet, with a focus on automated testing, security, and developer productivity.

What you'll do

Release Orchestration: Architect and scale build systems to handle complex, multi-modal testing and automated validation for software and robotics stacks using tools like Bazel, GitHub Actions, and Buildkite.

Security Pipeline Engineering: Design and implement CI/CD workflows for hardware-level security, including automated TPM provisioning, secure boot image signing, and at-rest encryption configurations.

AI-Driven Validation: Develop and monitor advanced testing systems leveraging AI agents for automated vulnerability detection, regression testing, and comprehensive release auditing.

Developer Infrastructure: Identify and eliminate engineering workflow friction by building shared infrastructure that enables rapid iteration at scale while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Education

Experience
