Tennr is seeking a versatile Full Stack Product Engineer to drive innovative solutions in healthcare technology automation. The ideal candidate will architect end-to-end features, leverage AI technologies, and collaborate across teams to transform document processing and referral management systems.

What you'll do

Feature Development: Architect and implement full-stack features that directly drive customer value across frontend and backend environments
AI Innovation: Adopt and apply cutting-edge artificial intelligence techniques, working at the forefront of emerging technology
Performance Optimization: Lead performance improvement initiatives, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and design teams to incorporate user insights and feedback
Project Ownership: Drive projects from conception to completion with a founder's mindset, contributing to company growth and strategic objectives

What we look for

Technical

Full Stack DevelopmentMinimum 3+ years of full-stack development experience with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
Web Application ArchitectureProven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications
AI IntegrationExperience with AI model integration and strong interest in machine learning technologies

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Startup EnvironmentPrior experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment is highly advantageous
