UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Vertical Solutions team, focusing on building an innovative AI agentic orchestration platform. The role involves developing cutting-edge enterprise automation technologies, working with AI-powered systems, and creating scalable distributed solutions that drive critical business outcomes.

What you'll do

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for Vertical Solutions products using AI coding assistants

AI System Development: Build production-quality AI systems including LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and orchestration frameworks

Customer-Centric Engineering: Translate customer needs into elegant technical solutions, focusing on understanding user requirements and delivering impactful features

System Reliability: Contribute to building highly scalable and reliable distributed systems for enterprise automation

Prototype and Validation: Take product ideas from prototype to customer validation, transforming valuable concepts into production systems

Technical

Programming LanguagesStrong proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, with full-stack capabilities

AI TechnologiesExperience with LLMs, tool-calling, multi-agent architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks

System ArchitectureExpertise in distributed systems design, including idempotency, state management, and long-running job handling

Education

Academic QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience

Professional Experience7+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on distributed systems and backend architecture
