Summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop scalable cloud-native services for their enterprise automation platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, distributed systems, and cloud technologies, contributing to the critical infrastructure that powers UiPath's innovative automation solutions.

What you'll do

Cloud Service Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend and cloud-native services for the UiPath platform

System Architecture: Build scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems with a focus on long-term maintainability

Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and architects to deliver solutions aligned with customer and platform needs

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, production issues, and technical debt while driving practical solutions

Engineering Best Practices: Contribute to system design, technical planning, code reviews, and overall engineering methodology improvements

Programming LanguagesProficiency in modern programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or Go

Cloud TechnologiesExperience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture

System DesignStrong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and system design principles

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field preferred

Experience

Backend DevelopmentMinimum 5 years of software engineering experience with strong backend development background
