The role

Summary

Welltech is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to drive cross-platform development for their wellness technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead technical innovation across mobile, web, and infrastructure layers, with a strong focus on AI-driven development, scalable foundations, and outcomes-oriented engineering.

What you'll do

Cross-Platform Development: Build and evolve a comprehensive cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, backend for frontend (BFF), and infrastructure layers using an AI-first approach
Technical Architecture: Design scalable foundations for health and fitness applications using React Native and modern web technologies, focusing on modular and reusable system design
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with product, design, marketing, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and rapid experiments
AI and Workflow Optimization: Develop and improve AI-assisted workflows across the software development lifecycle to enhance team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
Platform Capabilities: Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and workflows that improve overall development efficiency

React NativeStrong commercial experience with React Native and TypeScript-based application development
Full-Stack ArchitectureComprehensive understanding of mobile, web, BFF, and cloud/infrastructure architectural layers
Cross-Platform DevelopmentExperience building scalable cross-platform systems and shared application foundations

Education

Computer ScienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Software ArchitectureDeep understanding of modular systems, scalability, and performance optimization techniques
Development WorkflowsProven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and modern developer workflows
