Summary

1Password is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for its Authentication Services team, responsible for leading a critical team that develops secure authentication infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, support team scalability, and contribute to the company's mission of creating a safe, productive digital future through innovative cybersecurity solutions.

What you'll do

Strategic Leadership: Set and support strategic direction for the Authentication Services team, driving alignment with broader company objectives

Technical Vision: Collaborate with senior individual contributors to create an engaging and innovative technical vision for the team

Team Development: Coach individual contributors, help them reach their full potential, and support their professional growth

Project Execution: Scope and plan key deliverables, emphasizing iterations, quality, velocity, and effective communication

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners to define optimal solutions for internal and external customers

Team Scaling: Continuously refine hiring, onboarding, and development processes to scale the engineering team
