Summary

1Password is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for its Billing Scale team to lead and scale resilient internal billing systems. The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, support team growth, and contribute to the company's mission of creating a secure digital future for businesses and individuals.

What you'll do

Strategic Leadership: Set and support strategic direction for the Billing Scale team

Team Development: Coach individual contributors and help them reach their full potential

Technical Vision: Collaborate with senior individual contributors to create an engaging technical roadmap

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with partners to define optimal solutions for internal and external customers

Project Management: Scope, plan, and drive execution of key deliverables with emphasis on quality and velocity

Talent Acquisition: Recruit and retain top-tier engineering talent in a fast-growing environment

Education
