This high-impact position requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of owning developer-facing platforms and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of developer workflows, modern security challenges, and AI integration with executive-level communication skills and the ability to build 18-24 month product vision while executing quarterly priorities.

What you'll do

Establish a 18-24 month strategic vision while maintaining quarterly execution clarity and driving measurable product outcomes aligned with business results.
Cross-Functional Product Strategy: Contribute to company-wide product strategy and execution for developer tools and Developer Watchtower within the Enterprise Password Manager (EPM) product. Participate in high-priority company-wide initiatives that span multiple engineering teams and product areas, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Prioritization and Resource Management: Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization cycles across the product area, bringing structure and clarity to a high-growth, fast-moving team. Balance strategic roadmap initiatives with near-term execution demands while maintaining stakeholder alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market functions.
Customer Voice Integration: Champion the customer voice in all product decisions through continuous discovery, PRD and PRFAQ creation, and ongoing feedback loops. Represent the product area externally to enterprise customers' leadership teams, serving as a credible spokesperson for the Unified Access vision and developer-centric product strategy.
Metrics and Success Measurement: Establish and own success metrics for the product area, with emphasis on ARR contribution and customer impact as core measurement frameworks. Create OKRs, measurement systems, and analytics dashboards that connect product outcomes directly to business results and enable data-driven decision making.
Team Development and Mentoring: Collaborate with junior PM colleagues in neighboring teams to develop product craft and elevate thinking across the broader Developer & AI organization. Provide mentorship on roadmap prioritization, customer research methodologies, and cross-functional communication practices.
Product Documentation and Communication: Produce comprehensive, structured product artifacts including PRDs, PRFAQs, and strategic briefs that align teams and accelerate execution. Communicate complex product strategy, roadmap rationale, and competitive differentiation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using clear, compelling narratives.
