Summary

This Engineering Director role at Airwallex leads the GTPN Platform team in Singapore, overseeing Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure. What you'll do

Strategic Leadership: Oversee strategy, architecture, development, and operation of Airwallex's GTPN team to maintain cutting-edge financial solutions

Team Management: Lead multiple feature teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure with direct management of all GTPN engineers

Technical Vision: Define the technical vision of the business domain and ensure alignment with company objectives

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring finance products from concept to launch

Customer-Centric Development: Dive deep into customer needs and challenges to design solutions that resonate with users

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure product success and identify optimization opportunities

Quality Assurance: Ensure overall quality and delivery of multiple engineering streamlines

Problem Resolution: Clear roadblocks, provide context and guidance to teams, and escalate issues when necessary

Global Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders across global offices to align on technical initiatives
