Summary

Airwallex is seeking a Product Director to lead the Global Treasury Payment Network (GTPN) infrastructure team in Singapore. This strategic role involves owning the full lifecycle of money movement infrastructure, managing a team of Product Managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable payment solutions. The position requires 2+ years of people management experience, expertise in platform/infrastructure products, and Mandarin proficiency.

What you'll do

Infrastructure Strategy Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of money movement infrastructure, from strategy and roadmap planning to partner assessment, solution design, and delivery

AI/ML Optimization: Leverage AI/ML insights to optimize payment routing, reduce transaction costs, detect fraud, and improve operational efficiency

Product Strategy Communication: Communicate product strategy and prioritization with conviction, informed by deep user research, market insights, and competitive analysis

Team Management: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, driving impactful outcomes in payments, settlements, and infrastructure projects

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with financial partners, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to build scalable, reliable, and compliant infrastructure

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders across business units

Product Iteration: Rapidly iterate on new product launches, feature enhancements, and customer feedback to improve speed, cost-efficiency, and customer experience
